- Return Period
You may return eligible items purchased through the Website within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or even exchange, subject to compliance with the conditions set forth below.
- Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless exchanged for equal value.

- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 619-600-4060 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please follow the instructions provided to return the item to us.
- Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
